Returns are only allowed on damaged or unreceived products. If your product is damaged, please send me a picture or video within 2 days of receiving it to plantsaremyfriend1@gmail.com.

 

For our specially hand-crafted products (i.e., Rapunzel Hair Growth Oil), replacements are given if damaged in transit or if unreceived upon delivery. We will not replace orders if your address was entered incorrectly.

We do not allow refunds on products if you are not satisfied. We consider the first order to be a trial. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we can send you 50% off a product of your choice. Please email us or use the form below.
